چکیده
This study focused on the production of phytohormone indole-3-acetic acid (IAA) using tomato plant tissues as feedstock and highlighting its growth promotion effect seedlings. Twelve actinobacterial strains were screened for IAA under standard conditions strain Streptomyces plicatus PT2 was selected a promising producer. The establishment to increase by S. conducted Plackett-Burman mathematical design with seven variables. variables L-tryptophan quantity roots-extract rate two significant influencing production. most impacting optimized surface methodology (RSM) formulated according Central Composite Design (CCD). broth supplemented 4 mg L-1 25% significantly improved from 96.3 µg mL-1 within 120h maximum 110.29 96h. in-planta application produced chemical showed in dry weight, shoot root lengths is first showing exploring plant-growth efficacy compared marketed one. These results support reasonable approach valorization abundant worldwide wastes phytohormones bioprocesses.

Rhizosphere is a wealthy location of microbes, ecological niche and should be explored for potential plant growth promoting rhizobacteria (PGPR), which developing as bioinoculants for interact with plant roots and enhancement of yield of crop plants. There are several plant growth promoting rhizobacterial (PGPR) inoculants that seems to promote plant growth through different mechanism such as I...
متن کاملUtilization of the plant hormone indole-3-acetic acid for growth by Pseudomonas putida strain 1290.
We have isolated from plant surfaces several bacteria with the ability to catabolize indole-3-acetic acid (IAA). One of them, isolate 1290, was able to utilize IAA as a sole source of carbon, nitrogen, and energy. The strain was identified by its 16S rRNA sequence as Pseudomonas putida. Activity of the enzyme catechol 1,2-dioxygenase was induced during growth on IAA, suggesting that catechol is...
متن کاملStatistical optimization for improved indole-3-acetic acid (iaa) production by Pseudomonas aeruginosa and demonstration of enhanced plant growth promotion
The present study was undertaken to study the statistical optimization of medium components for improved Indole-3acetic acid (IAA) production by Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Colorimetric analysis showed maximum IAA (132 μg mL-1) in the medium supplemented with tryptophan (0.5 g L-1). The maximum production was achieved after 96 h of incubation. Yeast extract, tryptophan and EDTA were identified as s...

The aim of this study was to find the optimal conditions of a newly isolated Streptomyces strain JRS 19. Screening for keratinase producing bacteria and their keratinase production were investigated. The keratinase produced by the isolate was purified by chromatographic techniques and the optimum pH maintained was 7.0 and maintained at different temperatures Viz., 20ºC, 25ºC, 30ºC, 35ºC and 40º...
متن کاملTryptophan-dependent production of indole-3-acetic acid (IAA) affects level of plant growth promotion by Bacillus amyloliquefaciens FZB42.
Phytohormone-like acting compounds previously have been suggested to be involved in the phytostimulatory action exerted by the plant-beneficial rhizobacterium Bacillus amyloliquefaciens FZB42. Analyses by high-performance liquid chromatography and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry performed with culture filtrates of FZB42 demonstrated the presence of indole-3-acetic acid (IAA), corroborating...
